- Legacy Data Provider Bottlenecks Previous providers limited competitor monitoring to ~10 hotels at a time, offered little visibility into room-type availability, and refreshed data too slowly to inform real-time decisions.
- Fragmented Data Landscape Property management system (PMS) data, OTA booking data, and POS information sat in siloes, often shared through CSV exports or ad hoc consultant reports. This patchwork approach consumed staff time and introduced errors.
