Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the types of personal information that YMTM Inc. ("Structify," "we," "our," and/or "us") collects, uses, and discloses from individuals ("you" or "your") who use our website (including https://www.structify.ai (https://www.structify.ai/)) (our "Website"). Where the GDPR requires your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for particular processing activities (for example, certain marketing communications or non-essential cookies), we will seek that consent separately through a clear affirmative action, such as checking a box, before carrying out such processing. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Site is also subject to our Terms of Use. For individuals located in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the United Kingdom ("UK"), additional disclosures required under the General Data Protection Regulation and UK GDPR are set out in the section titled "EEA & UK Residents - Additional Disclosures" below.

Personal Information We Collect

We may collect a variety of personal information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

A. Personal Information You Provide to Us

  • Registration and Profile Information. If you register to use our Website, we may ask you for your personal information, including your email address.
  • Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. When you sign up for our newsletter, we may collect your personal information, including your email address. When you communicate with us online, third party vendors receive and store these communications on our behalf. When we send you emails, we may use embedded pixels or other technologies to track information about your receipt and interaction with our emails, such as whether and when you open them, whether you access any links included in our emails, how long you read our emails, whether you forward our emails and to whom, your Location Information (described below), and your Device Information (described below), to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Website.
  • Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through LinkedIn. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn.

B. Personal Information We Collect When You Use Our Website

  • Location Information. When you use our Website, we infer your general location information, for example, by using your internet protocol (IP) address.
  • Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Website, including IP address, device type, device identifiers, web browser type and version, and operating system version.
  • Usage Information. We automatically receive information about your interactions with our Website, like the pages or other content you view, referrer information (the website you visited before coming to our Website), and the dates and times of your visits.
  • Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our third-party partners collect information about your activities on our Website using cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, or other tracking technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics, advertising, and security partners, may also use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. However, we do not share or transfer any personal information received via Google APIs to any advertising partners.

How We Use the Personal Information We Collect

We use the personal information we collect:

  • To provide, maintain, improve, and enhance our Website;
  • To understand and analyze how you use our Website and develop new products, services, features, and functionality;
  • To communicate with you, provide you with updates and other information relating to our Website, provide information that you request, respond to comments and questions, and otherwise provide customer support;
  • For marketing and advertising purposes, such as developing and providing promotional and advertising materials that may be relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Google user data will never be used for marketing or advertising purposes;
  • To generate anonymized or aggregate data containing only de-identified, non-personal information that we may use for any lawful purposes. We do not use Google user data to create databases for use outside of providing or improving our application's core functionality, nor do we use it to train AI models for general use;
  • To find and prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to trust and safety issues that may arise;
  • For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Use or other legal rights, or as may be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by any judicial process or governmental agency; and
  • For other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time the information is collected.

How We Disclose the Personal Information We Collect

  • Partners and Affiliates. We may disclose any information we receive to our current or future affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
  • Vendors and Service Providers. We may disclose any information we receive to vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Website.
  • Analytics Partners. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. You can learn more about Google's practices by visiting https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/).
  • As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through our Website.
  • Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. We may transfer your information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets.
  • Consent. We may also disclose your information with your permission.

Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data

Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the App access to your Google data, the App's use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

  • Limited Use: We will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Google message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide data structuring and analysis and will not transfer this Google data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • No Advertising: We will not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • No Human Reading: We will not allow humans to read this data unless:
  1. We have your affirmative agreement for specific messages;
  2. It is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse;
  3. It is necessary to comply with applicable law; or
  4. Use is limited to internal operations and the data (including derivations) have been aggregated and anonymized.
  • Prohibited Transfers: We will not transfer Google user data to third parties for targeted advertising, selling to data brokers, or information resellers.

Your Choices

  • Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.
  • Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
  • Deletion of Personal Data. To request deletion of your personal data, you must submit a formal request by emailing team@structify.ai or by using the "Need help?" button available in your account settings. Requests are processed through controlled and authenticated support channels to ensure security and accountability. We may require verification of your identity before fulfilling a request, and all requests are logged and handled in accordance with our information security policies and applicable data protection laws. Certain information may be retained as required to comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, or audit obligations, or as otherwise permitted under applicable law. When retention is required, we limit access to such information and retain it only for the duration necessary to fulfill those obligations.
