Structify connects Sora’s CRM, Zendesk, product roadmap, and internal database so their COO can answer cross-functional, operational questions in minutes that used to take days.
I can see across the whole business now (sales, support, churn, product) without waiting on anyone or building anything. That just wasn’t possible before.

About Sora
Sora is reinventing how companies manage and monetize their office space. Operating across Paris, they connect companies with underused offices and transform them into fully managed, revenue-generating assets — handling everything from tenant sourcing to day-to-day operations. With over 30,000 sqm under management and a platform serving both hosts and guests, Sora runs a complex, multi-stakeholder business where having a clear picture across sales, support, and product is critical to making the right calls, fast.
What Structify does for Sora
As COO, Luka needs to see across the entire business: sales pipeline, support load, churn, product usage and more. Getting that picture used to mean either hiring a dedicated analyst or spending days pulling from each system and stitching it together. Structify gave him a direct line to all of it.
By connecting Sora’s CRM, Zendesk, product roadmap, and internal database, Luka can ask operational questions across all systems at once: no SQL, no dashboard maintenance, no analyst required.
The answers are accurate enough to share with the team and present at all-hands meetings.
Results at a glance
- #120+ COO hours saved per week – Across ad-hoc analysis, cross-system reporting, and presentation prep
- #2Decisions in minutes, not days – Questions that spanned 4 systems and took a full day now answered on the spot
- #3Zero BI infrastructure to maintain – No Metabase, no stale dashboards, no broken queries when data structures change
Before Structify: Siloed data and all-day analysis
Twelve months ago, Luka’s plan was to integrate his CRM and Zendesk into Metabase, build some dashboards, and go from there. The reality of that approach: a full day (at least) of setup, and the moment a data structure changes, you’re back to maintaining queries and fixing broken views.
Without that, the fallback was pulling data from each system individually, cross-referencing in spreadsheets, and hoping nothing slipped through. A question like “is there a relationship between our NPS scores and support ticket volume?” could eat an afternoon and still leave gaps.
ChatGPT and Claude weren’t practical alternatives either; usage limits and the complexity of connecting live business systems made them a non-starter for day-to-day operational work.
With Structify: Ask a question, get an answer
Structify connects to Sora’s full stack, so Luka can ask questions across systems without writing SQL or maintaining anything. Three use cases come up most:
Quick operational catch-ups. After a vacation or at the start of any week: support request trends, deal pipeline changes, churn signals. Fast enough to act on, with CSVs to share with the team.
Cross-system questions. Connecting NPS scores to support volume, or linking deal closure times to support message frequency. These are questions that used to need a dedicated analyst pulling from multiple tools. Now it’s one question to Structify.
Reporting. Structify generates charts that match Sora’s brand colors and design system, so they go straight into presentations. A 4+ hour manual process replaced by prompts with your morning coffee.
Why it sticks: trust and low friction
The biggest thing is trust. Luka feels confident enough in the accuracy to present Structify’s outputs to the full team. He can also do it from his phone while traveling, whether that’s to a board meeting or on the way home. That’s what makes the difference between a tool you try and a tool you actually use: the data is right, the integrations are seamless, and there’s no manual file upload step in between.
The product has also gotten more reliable over time. Early on, Sora leaned on support more. Now it mostly just works, and when something does come up, the support is still best-in-class.
On the competitive side, Luka sees general-purpose AI tools hitting limits too quickly for real operational use, and vertical SaaS tools not flexible enough across systems. The thing to watch, in his view, is general coding tools, but nothing currently matches Structify’s combination of connected data and trusted, ready-to-use outputs.
Structify is a game-changer. Whenever I have intuitions or questions I want answered, I get instant data visualizations in response. Setup is frictionless, connecting to data sources is super easy, and the team provides tremendous support whenever I need it. I couldn't recommend it more!
