ERP Answer Desk
Answers the PO, part, and stock questions your team fields all day, in Slack, Teams, or by text.
The problem
Every day, you and your team field dozens of questions from across the company. Where does this PO stand? When does that part land? How many are on the shelf? Who did we buy it from last time? Every one of them matters, and none of them can wait.
That leaves two options, and neither is good. You look each one up yourself and lose an hour or more a day to it. Or you hand out ERP access to people who were never trained on it, and hope nobody changes a record they shouldn't.
What it does
ERP Answer Desk answers those questions straight out of the ERP, in the place they were asked. The person asking stays in Slack, Teams, or a text thread. Nobody has to learn the ERP, get a login, or even sit down at a computer.
It keeps them in flow, it keeps you in flow, and the question still gets answered. Access to the data widens without access to the ERP widening with it: it answers questions, and it does not create, edit, or approve anything in the ERP.
Walkthrough
1. Someone asks where they already work
A plant manager in Slack, a salesperson in Teams, a lead on the floor by text: “Where's PO 4471, and will the 6061 bar on it make Thursday's job?”
2. Structify checks the ERP
It reads the PO, its open receipts, and the on-hand quantity, then replies in the same thread with the answer and where it came from: the PO line, the promised date, and what has been received so far.
3. Access follows the roles you set
Each person sees only what their role allows, down to the data source. A salesperson can check whether stock covers an order without seeing vendor pricing. A permission change takes effect on the next question, not the next login.
4. Every answer is on the record
Each question, who asked it, and what came back is logged. When a number gets challenged, you can see exactly what was asked and what was answered.

What people ask it
- “What's the status of PO 4471?”
- “When is the next receipt of part 10-2231 due?”
- “How many 1/4-20 inserts are on hand, and how many are already allocated?”
- “Which open POs from this vendor are past their promise date?”
- “Who did we last buy this from, and at what price?” (for the roles allowed to see pricing)
